Chilling between coats of paint (Bruce and Natty)
We just wrapped up the painting in our bedroom this weekend.
The transformation is awesome. For the color I chose Sherwin Williams - Sea Salt SW6204 (Bruce keeps calling it "Sea Grit"????) I used a Matte Finish because of the imperfections of the walls and it didn't fail me. It came out better than I thought. It is a beautiful color and next to the bright white woodwork it pops. It is soothing and relaxing, perfect for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. The walls needed a ton of TLC so the prep work was tideous but worth all the time spent.
Can't wait to decorate this room and hop into bed! Bed linens, window roller blinds and windowseat pillows are ready to go.
Just gotta get the bed and rug...getting there!
Before - Video of our walk through in March
After - Pictures of the fresh new look for our bedroom
(closet door to be fixed, new hardware, replace sconce, and radiators will be removed shortly)

I started in interior design right after I graduated college. I was drafts person for a well know designer on the Main Line (suburb of Philadelphia) ...got married, had a couple kids, always kept myself involved within the design community. Flash forward - I am back to designing interiors. It's Good to be home again!
